Alex was elevated to a new Director of Builder Business Development position in April 2024. He is a seasoned professional dedicated to fostering relationships within the construction and real estate industry. With over two decades of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, Alex brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Alex joined Choice Mortgage Group in January 2022 as the Director of Marketing, where he led a comprehensive rebranding initiative, overhauled the company’s online presence, and nurtured corporate partnerships. Notably, Alexander facilitated the collaboration that established Choice Mortgage Group as the “official mortgage lender partner of Florida Atlantic University,” enhancing brand visibility and community engagement.

Prior to his tenure at Choice Mortgage Group, Alex held key roles in managing business development functions for Florida Atlantic University athletics and serving as the assistant athletics director at Lynn University. During his time at Lynn, Alex directed all marketing, promotional, and sponsorship sales activities for 19 athletic teams, achieving a remarkable 127% increase in sponsorship revenue through strategic partnerships with national, regional, and local brands.

His professional journey also includes roles at organizations such as the Orange Bowl Committee and the Miami Heat, where he honed his skills in sales, business development, and relationship management.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, he and his wife Ivonne made the move to Palm Beach County in 2011 to raise their two children. Outside of his professional endeavors, Alex is an avid sports fan, with his favorite team being the Florida Panthers and enjoys live music. He graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami.
