Jackie pursued her education at the University of Missouri-Columbia and attended law school in Florida, although she left after the first year without obtaining a degree. Despite her professional focus, she maintains a diverse set of hobbies, including playing volleyball, engaging in Fantasy Football, and, most notably, embracing motherhood as a new mom.

Beyond her professional commitments, Jackie actively contributes to various charitable endeavors. She serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Bellville Chamber of Commerce and is a board member for the Galveston Association of Realtors (GAR) Trepac Association. Additionally, she volunteers her time at local animal shelters and the Galveston Humane Society.
